Stationary Load Inverters

Fork-Co designs and manufactures forklift Stationary Load Inverters with custom configurations,

with Lease & Rental Options, tailored to your exact application and equipment needs.

Fork-Co’s Stationary Load Inverters are custom-engineered material handling solutions designed to efficiently transfer loads between different bases, including pallet-to-pallet, pallet-to-slip sheet, and slip sheet-to-pallet applications. Built for precision and reliability, these systems help streamline operations while reducing manual handling and product damage.

Designed for stationary use, load inverters provide a controlled method for rotating and repositioning loads, making them ideal for facilities that require consistent, high-volume load transfers.

Industries & Applications

Stationary load inverters are widely used in operations that require safe, efficient load transfer and repositioning. Common applications include:

  • Warehousing and distribution centers
  • Food and beverage processing and packaging
  • Pharmaceutical and cleanroom environments
  • Manufacturing and assembly operations
  • Paper, packaging, and printing industries
  • Logistics and pallet exchange operations

Whether transferring loads between pallets or converting to slip sheet systems, load inverters improve workflow efficiency and reduce handling time.

Key Features

Secure Load Control

Reduces shifting during transport.

Improved Operator Precision

Better placement and handling.

Heavy-Duty Construction

Built for rugged environments.

Customized Fitment

Designed for your equipment and loads.

The outbound load base is prepared and positioned.  For example, a stack of pallets is inverted and set aside.  The load is positioned in the inverter, and an inverted pallet is placed on top. Clamp load. Invert 180 degrees.  Open the clamp. Remove the load and top pallet. Inverting loads without a top pallet allows removal and replacement of the bottom pallet while maintaining load orientation to the load base, stacking product top-up. The inverter can also transfer loads from the pallet to the slip sheet.  It is ideal for inverting wine or for resettling liquids.  Use it to remove damaged product from lower layers or to remove freezer spacers.

  • Dual moving arm version for shorter loads.
  • Manual valve control standard.
  • 6-position pendant control available.
