Fork-Co’s Stationary Load Inverters are designed to streamline material handling processes by enabling efficient load transfer between different load bases. Whether converting pallet-to-pallet, pallet-to-slip sheet, or slip sheet-to-pallet, these systems provide a controlled and repeatable solution for repositioning loads.
Using a 180-degree gear-driven rotation system, the inverter securely rotates loads while maintaining alignment and stability throughout the process. The integrated side stabilizer plate helps secure the load, ensuring it remains square and properly positioned during inversion.
Stationary load inverters are ideal for operations that require consistent, high-volume load transfers while minimizing manual handling. The outbound load base is prepared and positioned. For example, a stack of pallets is inverted and set aside. The load is positioned in the inverter, and an inverted pallet is placed on top. Clamp load. Invert 180 degrees. Open the clamp. Remove the load and top pallet. Inverting loads without a top pallet allows removal and replacement of the bottom pallet while maintaining load orientation to the load base, stacking product top-up. The inverter can also transfer loads from the pallet to the slip sheet. It is ideal for inverting wine or for resettling liquids. Use it to remove damaged product from lower layers or to remove freezer spacers.
